Canvas keyboard shortcuts

All the keys and gestures for the canvas, for notes, and for To-dos and Flow, on a single page.

On the canvas, See shortcuts (bottom left, next to Assets) opens this same list. Keys do nothing while you are typing in a field. On a Mac, Ctrl is ⌘.

The pointer

Key or gesture	What it does
`V`	Browse: move the canvas and open screens
`I`	Interact: use the prototype inside its frame
`S`	Select: pick screens and groups
`T`	Text: fix a text right there
`P`	Adjust: fine-tune an element (padding, colors, type)
click	On a screen, zooms to it and centers it
double click	On a screen, zooms to it and enters Interact
`Esc`	Drops the selection and goes back to Browse

Moving around the canvas

Key or gesture	What it does
drag	Move the canvas from the background
wheel	Zoom in and out where the cursor is
`+` / `−`	Zoom in and out from the center
`F`	See the whole project

Selecting and grouping

Key or gesture	What it does
`Shift` + drag	Marquee to pick several screens
`Ctrl` + click	Adds to or removes from the selection
`Ctrl`+`A`	Pick them all (in Select mode)
`G`	The next marquee creates a group (with screens selected, it groups them right away)
`Shift` while dropping	Takes what you drag out of the group that contains it
`Ctrl`+`C`	Copy the selected screen as an image

Notes

Key	What it does
`R`	Dictate a note (again to finish; `Esc` discards it)
`E`	Write a note
`Ctrl`+`Enter`	Run the notes that are ready
`B`	Show or hide the notes bar
`L`	Show or hide the Review panel
`K`	Show or hide the client comments
`D`	Hide or show the AI questions again

Editing

Key	What it does
`Ctrl`+`Z`	Undo the last thing
`Ctrl`+`Y`	Redo
`Shift`+`G`	Turn the measuring guides on or off

Inside To-dos

Key	What it does
`Ctrl`+`Z`	Undo checking or unchecking a task
`Ctrl`+`Y`	Redo the last thing you undid
`Enter`	Add what is written to the list

Inside Flow

Key or gesture	What it does
`C`	Draw an arrow between two nodes
`S`	Marquee to pick in the diagram
`Delete`	Delete what is selected
double click	On a screen node, opens it on the canvas

Inside Sketches
