Choose what your client sees in their portal

Turn the delivery's sections, tools, and each screen on or off, see who has signed in, and open it exactly as your client will see it.

In What the client sees, the Flow and one screen are turned off, and View as the client opens.

After you publish, What the client sees gathers everything your client finds in their portal. Changes save on their own and apply without publishing again.

Open it

Click Delivery on the canvas and, in the summary or when you finish publishing, What the client sees.

What you can adjust

PartWhat you decide
Delivery addressThe delivery link, to copy it. With the Public link, Change the link makes a new one and the old one stops working
What their portal hasThe sections they see (Canvas, Flow, Documentation, Design System, Updates) and the tools: Comments, Developer mode, and Downloads
Other ways to see itOn the phone, to install it as an app, and Immersive view, the screen alone with a link that does not ask for a password
ScreensEach screen has its own switch. A hidden screen does not show in the portal, but it stays published
The emailThe notification's greeting and whether it lists the screens. See the email shows you how it reaches them
Who has signed inHow many screens each person saw and whether they saw the latest update. Remind them sends them a notification (once a day) and Give access sends them the link and their password

What depends on your plan

ToolFrom
Developer modeProfessional, or Essential with the Developer mode add-on from the project's collaboration pass
DownloadsEssential, as a PNG image; in HTML, from Professional. They need Developer mode turned on
Who opened each screen, in Who has signed inProfessional

If your plan does not include it, the switch shows as off and says which plan it starts at. What gets downloaded is explained in Download the delivery files.

See it as your client

Click View as the client. The portal opens exactly as they see it, with a strip that reminds you it is a preview and with comments turned off, so you do not leave one by mistake.

What your client finds

Their portal has, depending on what you turn on, the Screens, Canvas, Flow, Documentation, Design System, and Updates tabs. On each screen they can click through the prototype, Compare with earlier versions, Highlight what can be clicked, and Comment. If they need it, Need help? takes them to your support email or WhatsApp, the ones you set in Settings › Client portal.

How your client comments is in Comment on a delivery.
