Comment on a delivery
Sign in with the button in the email or with your password, click Comment and click the spot on the screen where you want the change. You will see when it is applied.

- In the client portal
If a studio delivered a design to you with Bitácora, you see it in your portal: the screens, the prototype to click through and, if the studio allows it, the option to comment on each screen. You do not need an account.
Sign in to the portal
- Open the delivery email and click See the delivery or Open the portal. For 30 days you get in on that device without typing anything.
- If it asks for Your password, type the one that came in the same email (it looks like
XXXXX-XXXXX). If the studio set one password for everyone, it will ask for The delivery password. If you do not have it, ask the studio. - Click Sign in.
- Open the screen you want to comment on.
- Click Comment.
- Click the spot on the screen where your comment goes.
- Type what you would change and click Comment (or Enter).
A number appears on the screen at that spot. If you signed in with your company's password or with a password for everyone, the first time it asks Who’s commenting? so it can sign with your name.
See what happened to your comment
Each comment shows where it stands: Open, In progress, Applied in update 3, or Resolved. When the studio applies it, you get an email and the comment shows Does it look right?:
- Click Looks good if it turned out the way you wanted.
- Click Reopen if something is missing, and explain it.
As long as no one has replied to you, you can Edit or Delete your comments.
Troubleshooting
- “That password isn’t valid”: check that you copied all of it, including the hyphen.
- “That link no longer works”: sign in with the password that came in the same email.
- “Comments are turned off for this delivery”: the studio did not turn on comments for this delivery; write to them from Need help?.
- “You’ve left a lot of comments in a row”: wait a minute and keep going.
