See who viewed the delivery and remind them
After publishing, the delivery summary tells you who is up to date, who hasn't seen the latest and who hasn't opened it, screen by screen.

With A password for each person, Bitácora knows who signs in to the delivery and which screens they open. With one password for everyone or with the public link nothing is measured: see Choose how your client gets in.
The delivery summary
With the delivery already published, press Delivery on the canvas. Instead of the sheet, its summary opens:
- At the top, the Update the client sees, when you published it and how many screens it has.
- Three counters: how many people are up to date (they opened every new or changed screen), how many haven't seen the latest and how many haven't opened it.
- One row per person: when they signed in, how many screens they saw (for example, 12/14) and a box per screen. When you hover over a box you see its name and whether they opened it.
- On the right, Most viewed: the five screens with the most visits.
Remind anyone who hasn't signed in
On the row of anyone who hasn't signed in yet, press Remind. They get an email with the See the delivery button. You can send a reminder once a day per person; if you already did, the row says Reminded today.
The same thing is in What the client sees › Who has signed in, with Remind them.
A summary every morning
In What the client sees, or in Settings › Client portal, turn on Daily summary by email: every morning you get who signed in yesterday, the new comments and who still hasn't signed in, for the whole studio. It only arrives if something happened. Turning it on belongs to the Owner.
