Answer the AI's questions
When a note is unclear, "The AI has questions" appears. One dictation or one message answers them all, and the note goes into the batch.
Who can do this
- For
- Designers, Your team
- Role
- “Can review and comment” and up
- Plan

- Where
- On a computer
Before running, Bitácora turns each note into tasks. If something is unclear and could go wrong (which button, which color, on which screen), it asks instead of guessing.
When it appears
As soon as a note has unanswered questions, the The AI has questions panel appears at the bottom right, with the questions grouped by note. That note's card says Waiting for your answer.
Answer
One answer covers all the open questions:
- By voice: click the microphone, Answer by voice, say your answers and click the square to finish.
- By typing: type in the field and press Enter.
Answered questions are marked Answered, and the answer goes into the next batch along with its notes.
Answer without the panel
You do not have to use the panel. If you dictate or type a regular note that makes the decision the question asked for (from another screen, from the Flow or from another device, like your phone), Bitácora counts it as the answer: the question is answered, the panel goes away on all your devices and the waiting note goes into the batch.
Hide the questions
The panel's X, Hide the questions, sets them aside without discarding them: they keep waiting. A ? button stays at the bottom right to see them again, and the D key shows or hides them. They come back on their own when the AI asks something new.
Answering requires the Can review and comment role; with View only, the panel does not show.
What you clarify here also helps Bitácora understand you better next time: see Your vocabulary.
