Undo what a batch did

From Review you take a screen, or every screen in a batch, back to how it was before the run. The notes go back to the strip so you can try them again.

In Review, the Home screen is reverted: it goes back to how it was and the note returns to the bar.

If a batch did not turn out the way you wanted, you do not need to fix it by hand: you revert it and the screens go back to exactly how they were before.

Revert a screen

  1. Open Review with L or with its counter in the bar at the bottom of the canvas.
  2. On a task for that screen, click ⋯ and choose Revert with the screen's name.
  3. Confirm with Revert.

The whole screen is reverted for that batch, not just that task. Its notes go back to the strip, so you can try them again or discard them.

Revert the whole batch

  1. In the Review header, click ⋯.
  2. Choose Revert the whole run and confirm.

Every screen in the batch goes back, and so do the documents, the shared pieces and the colors and typefaces it had changed.

If the screen changed afterwards

If another batch or a manual tweak changed it afterwards, Bitácora warns you: The screen changed after this run. Reverting now would also lose those changes. If you still want to, click Revert anyway.

Undo on the canvas is not reverting

Undo (Ctrl+Z) on the canvas undoes what you move: positions, groups and automatic navigation. What the AI did is reverted from Review.

Who can do it

Reverting requires the Can run with AI role: without it, the revert options do not show up. While the batch is still running it cannot be reverted: wait for it to finish or stop it.
