You can take everything that is yours whenever you want. It is in Settings › Your data.

Take your things

  1. In Take your things, click Prepare and download.
  2. Wait while it says Getting it ready. With many projects it can take a little while.
  3. When it is ready, the download starts on its own.

You get a ZIP with:

  • Every project in the studio exactly as it is, with its screens, notes and deliveries.
  • The client directory, the amounts and the payments.
  • A sheet with your account, your teams and the log, and your vocabulary.

Your keys (neither the AI ones nor the connector ones) and nothing from other studios are included. Each project can be imported again from Home.

The trash

What you delete is not gone for good: it waits 30 days in the trash in case you want it back.

  1. In Settings › Your data, click Open the trash.
  2. Each project says how many screens it has and how many days it has left.
  3. Click Recover and it goes back to your projects as it was, with its client, its payments, its team and its delivery.

Delete removes a project for good and Empty the trash removes all of them. Both ask for confirmation and cannot be undone.

Recovering and deleting is for the Owner and for anyone who Can run with AI; with View only, the trash is visible but without those buttons.

Troubleshooting

  • "Your … plan includes … active projects and you already have them": to recover one, archive another first or move to a plan with more projects.
  • "The project could not be taken out of the trash": close it in other windows and try again.
  • "The file cannot be prepared right now": the service that builds it is not running. Try again in a few minutes.
