Teams and roles

Sharing projects, roles, seats and owners.

• Invite your team to a projectFrom the canvas team button you invite people by email, choose each person's role, and let them in when they're waiting at the door.
• Roles: who can do whatEach person in a shared project has one of four roles, from Owner to View only. This table says what each one allows.
• Create your teamsA team brings together the people you work with, each with their role, so you can add them all at once to the projects you share.
• Seats and collaboration passEach person who enters a shared project takes a seat. Your plan includes some; for the rest there's the collaboration pass, a one-time payment for the months you choose.
• Let in someone waiting at the doorWhen someone joins a shared project and there is no free seat, they wait at the door at no cost. From Project team you let them in as soon as you have room.
• Split the review with your teamSplit the screens into groups with an owner each, see where each teammate is, notify them with @, and let each person approve their own changes.
